Price for the repair was at least double what a local garage would charge. The starter billed at $576 but the MSRP is $390. They also insisted on running their diagnostics on the car (measured brake pads?). Starter does not turn, solenoid clicks, battery stays at over 12 volts while trying to start. What mechanic need s a diagnostic for this.
No problems with having Nissan serviced. Usually in and out in a timely manner. Wait time okay too.

Scheduling a time for annual maintenance was a hassle; the shop is busy and we don't live near Roanoke. So, getting our schedules to mesh was difficult. That said, I was only there for 1 hour when we finally completed the annual maintenance.

Currently without my new vehicle, was scheduled for wiring harness installation as part of my purchase agreement. Called by sales staff to set up appointment for 7/2 at 0800. Work NOT completed, not completed on 7/3, was NOT notified until 20 minutes before closing, can't get it on the holiday. Was advised a part had to be ordered, I should pick up my vehicle on 7/5, and another appointment will be made. Aking the appointment on line was easy and they took my car in on time. Mike was exceptional and provided me with great advice on what my car needed. The shuttle driver, Terry, was absolutely perfect.

Director of Operations, Jim Wise was unwilling to understand the situation even when he called me. He made a sarcastic comment about my family’s last names, kept on defending the worker who gave us the wrong report. Overall, really bad experience talking to someone with a bad temper.

I had an unsatisfactory first visit to the dealership. The sales lady and I didn't click so I left and did not intend to Come back.
