I was very interested in one of the new Subaru Cosstreks so I went to Southern team on Peterscreek Road. Actually a sales person came out soon after I arrived. I explained to him (Camden) don’t remember last name what I was interested in. Actually they had one on the lot that I liked with the options and color I wanted. I explained to him I had a vehicle I could trade or buy it straight out depending on what I would be allowed for my vehicle. During our conversation I told him I was having back surgery soon ...

Always a pleasure no matter who I directly work with. I likes the mechanic's video explaining the visit and actions taken. I always appreciate being informed of what's coming up in the future that will need attention.

2 things in the past that rubbed me the wrong way. 1. One of the Subarus that I purchased brand new and kept in the garage couldn't pass the state inspection code after only 1 or 2 years because of faulty windshield wipers. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was told ' why are you worried about it, it's covered under warranty'. Couldn't believe he actually said that. 2. Came to the dealership all the way from Botetourt County to look at a used vehicle that I saw on your website, and was told when I arrived that it wasn't ready yet ...

Technician left off harness necessary for electrical connection factory hitch installment. Trying to get resolve from your service department. I am not local to Roanoke

Warm welcome, place is clean and our car was well cared The receptionists here are helpful and friendly. The facility is very clean and there are a variety of complimentary snacks and coffee. The mechanic Michael Wu always does a great job and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car.

It was easy to purchase the car I wanted. The financial part took a long time to complete because the young couple in front of me was slow in making their chosen.
