Dropped car off night before appt. Could not get through to the service dept to talk with a technician, after 4-5 calls. Text info seemed accurate, but I was wanting to verify. The techs when I picked up car were very knowledgeable and personal.

Making the appointment was not a pleasant experience. I had to repeat myself often since I was interacting with some sort of computer interface and not a real person. I had to schedule about three weeks out. That seemed a long time to wait. BUT when I arrived for my appointment I really liked the person who checked me in, the communication with the mechanic, and the waiting area. The wait time was reasonable for what I had done.

Coke Freestyle machine and nice coffee machine. Clean bathrooms. I also like the glass wall so you can see the cars being worked on. Very nice facility and people!

Confusion on what dealership drive through to pull in, no one ever put matts on my floor board and I thought there was a complimentary car wash or vacuum. When I picked it up I just had to wander the parking lot to find my car, no one pulled it in or pointed out where it was....Car was brought in at 2 and it wasn't ready until the next morning. I was told I was called but no record of it and I was texted to which I responded back within 15 minutes at 4:30.

It was the worst experience of my life; I dropped off my vehicle on June 10, 2026, and they were never able to fix it. When I went to pick it up on July 29, 2026, they handed me a vehicle that didn’t work. It was the worst repair job I have ever had done. Mike White was very irresponsible in his dealings with me.
