I took my car in to have it serviced. And I went out and the advisor gave me the wrong key to my car and gave me the wrong information to start with with another person's vehicle. And I had to describe to him that the keys that he gave me was the wrong key and he had my car confused with another car. He seemed to be confused about which car goes with the correct person.

I've had multiple repairs on a car that was purchased new. Every repair was done more than once, sometimes a few appointments to resolve the same problems. The service team has been helpful, but it has been frustrating to keep having repairs on a car that I have only owned for 3 years.
Very rude and arrogant. Did not fix the vehicle correctly had to take it back a second time and it is still wrong. State Farm had to get an independent adjuster to come out to look at the vehicle and now it has to be fixed a third time. Also when I went to get my rental vehicle Melissa at the front desk message the guy that does the rentals and she had her screen up so when she said Mrs Raether is here he said 'oh dear Lord' like it was a problem.
