3.5 hr wait for an oil change and inspection with an appt. Needed engine filter but dealership unable to provide so had to buy one on my way home. Popped hood a d saw coolant spewed all over my engine. Had to take it back for radiator issue- how was that not visible if the engine filter was determined in need of replacing. I asked if they could identify a beeping sound avg said we don't do that here. Took it back to used car part of southern team. Price quote for radiator was at least 3 times the other garages.

For the most part we had a No pressure buying experience I think some of the add ons are excessive and expensive. And really didn't understand why I needed additional coverage outside of factory warranties on a new car . That felt pressured.
Service department wasn't honest. Said my oil was empty and that is what caused the check engine light to come on. No reason given for why the oil light wasn't on. Just kept telling me stuff that made no sense. I'm not a mechanic but I do have a brain and know when what I'm being told is just nonsense!

Jim Wise took the time to listen to my concerns and personally worked to resolve issues with my Rogue that several other Nissan dealerships had dismissed over the years. I am a medically retired U.S. Marine Corps Veteran who moved across the country from California to Virginia. Before moving, I contacted multiple Nissan dealerships in Hayward, Fremont, and Sherwood regarding the engine recall affecting my 2023 Nissan Rogue SV FWD. Every dealership told me Nissan had no timeline for repairs, but because of the defective crankshaft bearing issue, affected engines would be covered up to 120,000 miles.
